Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address only if you have not received your track & trace email. Please send an email to email@example.com.
I have filled out my details incorrect. What do I do?
If you notify us in time before receiving your track & trace we can change this free of charge. In case your package will be returned because of wrong information, we will have to charge you for shipment back to you.
How will I know if you received my order & when will the payment be processed?
When your order is in stock, you will get conformation email. If you’ve chosen to pay by credit card, the cost will be immediately deducted from your balance.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, you can add additional items to an existing order only if you have not received your track & trace email. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any later than that, you will have to place a new order and pay for separate shipping.
You might be charged duty tax on your product. This depends on which country or, in case of the USA, which state you are in. We cannot be held accountable for these charges.
Can you invoice to a lower price?
No, kind of boring, but we’re just not allowed to do this..
I purchased an item, which is now cheaper in the sale. Can I have a refund?
This is only possible if you place the order within 14 days prior to the sale. Discounts are valid only in the specified period. We understand this can be very frustrating, but this is unfortunately the nature of sale. We hope you’ll understand.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
When you click on a product you can see if it is still in stock. When the product is sold out, you can see it directly.
Can I check how my order is progressing?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a track and trace code by email. Once the product is picked up by our shipper you will be able to track your order. If the product is out of stock, you’ll receive your track and trace code the moment your product is restocked and sent to you.
The delivery process
What shipping method do you use and is a signature needed?
Deliveries normally take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm.
Deliveries within The Netherlands are mostly shipped via PostNL. A signature is required, however the parcel can be left with a neighbour for residential addresses or at reception for business addresses if you are not at home or available at the time of delivery. You will then receive a card in your letterbox from PostNL notifying you of where the parcel has been left. If no one suitable can receive the parcel on your behalf then the parcel will be available to be picked up the next working day from the local post office, as described on the card that Post NL leaves in your post box.
Deliveries outside of The Netherlands are mostly shipped via UPS www.ups.com. A signature is required, however the parcel can be left with a neighbor for residential addresses or at reception for business addresses if you are not at home or available at the time of delivery. You will then receive a card in your letterbox from UPS notifying you of where the parcel has been left. If no one suitable can receive the parcel on your behalf then UPS will try a further two times. It is advisable to provide a contact telephone number so that UPS can contact you in case of difficulties.
How long does it take for our of stock items to be restocked?
We do our best to keep up with demand but if a product is out of stock and not available to pre-order you can sign up to receive an email notification when your product becomes available by clicking on the product you want. Please note that seasonal products may not be reproduced.
What is the process?
* All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date of order at the shown prices and delivery conditions to the given address. Delivery dates are without obligation. For binding delivery dates a written guarantee is necessary. Please notice that different causes can highly affect the delivery dates. Our products are handmade in Italy and therefore there is a chance that our products are not in stock. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately when you purchase an item at our shop. If not you will be notified by email.
* Deliveries to non EU-countries may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees and custom fees. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Yes on the order form, you have the option of filling in a separate delivery address.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by UPS air or road transport. In some countries a partner carrier will take over the delivery.
What happens if the tracking number provided does not work?
If a parcel has just been shipped tracking numbers can take up to 1 day to be active. If, after this time, you are still seeing an error message, please contact us at: email@example.com
