LE PORT PARFUME - The convivial working lunch

Serving up some of the freshest wild-caught seafood sourced from local fishermen, this seafood bistro combines sustainability and bold French flavors. The lunchtime deals are delicious and great value (2 courses HK$178, 3 course HK$198); there is an extensive a la carte menu too. China Tang (Mark II) - Seal the deal in luxury

A power house in Sir David Tang’s restaurant empire and undoubtedly set to leave a lasting impression, China Tang’s setting is a mix of nostalgic old Shanghai and classic colonial British aesthetics, serving top-notch Cantonese, Sichuan and Beijing cuisine with modern twists from three-star Michelin Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung. There is a number of private rooms available. The set lunch menu (HK$638) features some daily chefs specials, where as diners can opt to choose from their extensive and haute dim sum menu (traditionally a lunchtime meal), the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings with Bamboo Shoot (HK$88) and the Pan-fried Crab Meat Dumplings with Black Truffle (HK$99) aren’t to be missed.
