Internship Customer Experience
at Travelteq head office - Amsterdam
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Intern who will be assisting our customer experience team. We are not afraid to experiment, think big and have fun!
- Working closely with the whole team;
- Making sure customers get the best possible experience when interacting with Travelteq;
- Assist in order processing;
- Engaging directly with our customers, thus being the face and voice of our company.
- Proactively providing creative ideas and opportunities that contribute to the growth of the company and awareness of the brand;
- Offering overall support to the Travelteq team.
- Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written. German is a plus!
- Are studying or have just finished relevant studies (HBO/WO in Marketing / Communications / Branding);
- Understand the essential role of Customer Experience;
- Have a friendly and sociable personality;
- Are persistent and detail orientated in your follow-up;
- Are well organized, innovative, creative and results driven with the ability to perform successfully in a fast paced and ever-changing environment;
- Enjoy working as part of a team and you’re fun to work with;
- Believe in the Travelteq concept and love the product!
