Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

I have filled out my details incorrectly. What do I do?
If you notify us in time before receiving your track & trace we can change this free of charge. In case your package will be returned because of wrong information, we will have to charge you for shipment back to you.

Import duty
You might be charged for import duty tax on your product. This depends on which country or, in case of the USA, which state you are in. We cannot be held accountable for these charges.

Can you invoice to a lower price?
No, kind of boring, but we’re just not allowed to do this.

I purchased an item, which is now cheaper in the sale. Can I have a refund?
This is only possible if you place the order within 30 days prior to the sale. Discounts are valid only for the specified period and item. We understand this can be very frustrating, but this is unfortunately the nature of sale. We hope you’ll understand.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
On our product page is shown if the product is in stock. Orders that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering.

Can I check how my order is progressing?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a track and trace code by email. If the product is out of stock, you’ll receive your track and trace code the moment your product is restocked and sent to you.


How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

Orders above 195,- euro are free of charge. Shipping costs are given on the checkout page.

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by UPS, DPD or PostNL carriers. In some countries a partner carrier will take over the delivery.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free on all orders above €195.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes on the order form, you have the option of filling in a separate delivery address.

Is a signature needed?

A signature is required, however the parcel can be left with a neighbour for residential addresses or at reception for business addresses if you are not at home or available at the time of delivery.

What is the process?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours, on working days, from the date of order at the shown prices and delivery conditions to the given address.

Delivery dates are without obligation. For binding delivery dates a written guarantee is necessary. Please notice that different causes can highly affect the delivery dates. Our products are handmade in Italy and therefore there is a chance that our products are not in stock. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately when you purchase an item at our shop. If not you will be notified by email.

Deliveries to non EU-countries may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees and custom fees. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please contact us by email at

The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond our control.

If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn't pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to Travelteq BV.

What happens if the tracking number provided does not work?
