POST OF THE WEEK
Last week I was in Paris for the Fashion shows and I asked a parisian friend of mine if she could guide me to a nice trendy restaurant. That is how I ended in Derrière a restaurant where the young parisians get together. At ten in the evening I started my dinner next to a ping pong table where two fashionistas were playing. The cocktails were surprisingly good and the food is simple but very tasty. However the one thing I really adored was their smoking room. You have to go through a real closet to get to this bohemian place. This is were I spent most of my time that night, between the cool and the restless. The Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium was founded in 1994 by eleven Tuscan tanneries. These tanneries revived the ancient technique of vegetable-tanning and today continue to produce vegetable-tanned leather in its complete process.
