Warranty statement
Travelteq offers customers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects that prevent you from being able to use your bag.
The warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse or accidents, ‘cosmetic damages’, which include but are not limited to, normal wear and tear, scratches, stains or liquid damage.
Claims cannot be placed on second hand goods, or any items purchased through not authorised resellers. In order to minimise waste, repairing the product will always be prioritised prior to replacement. Shipping charges within the EU are included in the warranty. For any shipments outside the EU, please contact customer service. When making a warranty claim, proof of damage is required in the form of clear photos, as well as a proof of purchase.
